Honey BBQ Chicken Salad

About the Recipe

A delicious addition to a standard sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard

  • 1/4 cup T-Bones BBQ Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons honey

  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 4 cups shredded, cooked chicken (about 1-1 1/3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked)

  • 1 large apple, peeled and chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped red onion

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. n a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mustard, T-Bones BBQ Sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar and stir till combined.

  2. Add the chicken, apples, and onion (if using), and fold together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little extra BBQ sauce, if you like.

  3. Serve on a sandwich, lettuce wraps, salad, crackers, pita, etc. If not using right away, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
